CHRIS WOODUL, RPH
Raised in Ruidoso, Chris graduated from the UNM School of Pharmacy in 1992 and went to work for Walgreens where he received the Distinguished Young Pharmacist Award in 1995. He managed the Walgreens pharmacy in Ruidoso from the time it opened in 1998 until 2012 when he decided to go out on his own. Eager to create a hometown business with a service-minded ethos, he opened the doors to Sierra Blanca Pharmacy in October of 2012. What began as a dream now includes three licensed pharmacists, a full-service drug store and a compounding pharmacy for custom crafted medicinals.
Chris is a member of the New Mexico Pharmacists Association, and he also serves on the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy. In 2015, the Board of Pharmacy honored him with the Ernie Welch Award which is awarded to the Pharmacist of the Year in the state of New Mexico. He is certified in compounding and immunizations.
When he is not delivering old school customer service to his clients, you can find Chris riding his motorcycle with his wife and business partner, Micah, or supporting their sons, Kyler and Grady, in their many endeavors including football, baseball, Knowledge Bowl, M.E.S.A. and hunting!
