Transfers must be done "pharmacist to pharmacist". Simply call us, visit the pharmacy, or request the transfer online and provide your name, date of birth, contact information, and the phone numbers to any pharmacies where you have prescriptions on file. We'll take care of the rest.

OPTION 2: E-prescription

Sierra Blanca Pharmacy collaborates with health care providers and organizations for e-prescribing, the electronic transmission of prescriptions and general health information exchange (HIE) of medical records, via the Surescripts network. Through the Surescripts number listed below, doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other health care providers can communicate directly with our pharmacists, sharing information to reduce errors, improve quality and efficiency, and save money.
